“I can't say the whole experience was bad however I am very disappointed with the level of service. I had 6 impact windows installed on my second story townhouse. The installation was ok. The guys were quick and cleaned up everything. However we failed the inspection because my windows are low to the floor and I needed safety locks on 3 windows which is the building code. You would think a window installer would know the building code. Needless to say they wanted me to pay for all 6 locks needed (2 per window) which was another $300. They should have know this when they quoted the job or at least told me before work started. It would not have been a deal breaker but nice to know there would be additional cost. The salesman did split the cost with me. Second, the manufactured stickers were not taken off and now there are some that are just stuck and they look horrible. 9.9.26 Update to my review. The company did rectify the issues. they came out and took the stickers off. Matt, the salesperson did apologize for the issues and agreed to split the cost of the locks. I'm happy to see that they worked with me to fix what was wrong. The price of the windows was great they could not be beat, although there were some issues I do believe that they care.Give them a shot!”
